AACSB International has announced that Hanken School of Economics has earned accreditation in business. And we want to say congratulations to Hanken for earning this announcement!
AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) is the longest serving global accreditation body for business schools and its business accreditation represents the highest achievement for a business school. The accreditation is regarded as a hallmark of excellence in business education, and has been earned by only five percent of the world’s business schools offering degree studies in business and economics.
Hanken is the third Finnish business school to be accredited by AACSB and Karen Spens, Rector, says “Achieving this accreditation is the result of over five years of work, during which Hanken has exposed itself for rigorous scrutiny by both internal and external parties. During the process we have clarified our strategy, assessed and developed all our courses, and set ambitious targets for our faculty management“.
