Need to report a bug?

If you are experiencing an issue that might be a bug. We need the following information to be able to proceed with your errand:

  1. Type of browser
  2. Browser version
  3. Person who the problem appears for
  4. Steps to reproduce the problem: Actual Result, and Expected Result

A bad example:

  1. Internet Explorer
  2. I do not know
  3. Two persons
  4. I can not write a contact note

A good example:

  1. Internet Explorer
  2. Version 11
  3. Miranda Nelson
  4. Steps to reproduce the problem:
    – Go to www.writetheaddresstoyoursystem.se
    – Go to Miranda Nelson’s profile in RM
    – Click the tab ”contact note”
    – Type text in the text box that pops up
    – Klick ”Save”
    – Actual Result: The contact note is not saved and the information disappears.
    – Expected Result: The contact note is saved and the system gives me a confirmation that the contact note is saved.
