Swedish ranking
While we are on the subject on rankings, Sydsvenska Industri och Handelskammaren, has published a national Swedish ranking of higher education. In contrast with the global rankings that are dominated by the large universities, this ranking seems to favour specialized universities.
Their top list is:
- Karolinska Institutet
- SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences
- Stockholm School of Economics
- KTH
- Chalmers
At the bottom of their list appear regional university colleges: 26. Mittuniversitetet 27. Blekinge Tekniska Högskola 28. Högskolan Väst 29. Högskolan i Gävle 30. Högskolan på Gotland.
