Can I add several persons at the same to an event? Or do I have to add them one at a time?

There is actually a way to add several persons at the same time. It requires that the persons are stored in the system. This is how you do it:

1. Create a query based on the persons that you want to add to the event
2. Process the query
3. Choose event
4. Choose what status you want the participants to have
