Mira Company Sign Up – new add-on module developed in collaboration with KTH
Together with KTH we have developed our latest add-on module Mira Company Sign Up. A responsive sign-up form, available via kth.se/samverkan, directly linked to KTH’s CRM Solution. Mira Company Sign Up offers companies and organizations the opportunity to register to KTH’s company network with only a few clicks. Companies and organizations can enter information about themselves and what type of information and activities they are interested in. The information that is entered in the sign up form is saved directly to KTH’s CRM system, making it possible to segment the information and communicate efficiently.

Bilingual Events – Mira Event Management
In collaboration with University of Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law we have added the possibility to create and manage bilingual events. Previously the system could only support one application page per event. We have now made it possible to have application pages in two different languages connected to the same event.
When creating an event you can choose if you want to add an additional application page in a different language.
If that option is chosen you will get two sets of application fields when creating the event. Note that you have to use exactly the same field types for both application pages since they are “mirrors” of each other.
You will also get two sets of information text fields, one for each application page. Global settings for the event such as maximum amount of participants or if the applications should be auto-confirmed are not duplicated.
We have also adjusted the confirmation e-mails and they are now depending on which page the application were submitted from. Applications based on an English application page will get English confirmation e-mails, and application based on a Swedish application page will get Swedish confirmation e-mails.
All applications goes to the same Application Management tab in the administrative interface. It is now also possible to filter on application page language if an administrator wants to segment the application group.
This feature will be released, free of charge, to all our clients with bilingual systems.
Bug fixes
This release also includes smaller bug fixes.
