Our standard backup-setup supports:
- Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 5 hours
- And Recovery Point Objective (RPO – maximum tolerable period in which data might be lost from the system) of 25 hours
In case of a disaster and if a decision is taken to restore the database, the database restore will begin within 4 hours regardless of day or time.
If you as a customer have different needs regarding RTO and RPO this can be agreed upon.
