Event Management

Universities today hold many events that are cumbersome to administrate. It takes a lot of effort to send out invitations, manage registrations and plan the event.

Many events are organized for external contacts: these might be alumni (e.g. homecoming days), donors (e.g. gala dinners), or corporate contacts (e.g. seminars).

Our Solution

Mira Network offers a web-based solution that enables the university to manage events more efficiently.

Participants can sign up themselves via a registration form on a webpage and the registration is automatically saved in the database. Using the relationship management system it is easy to confirm registrations automatically, manage reserve lists, etc.

The registration page can easily be configured by the administrator for each event in order to collect the information needed for that particular event.

Since our solution makes it possible to monitor which events an individual has attended over time, it also provides a good indicator when it comes to identifying supportive alumni or interested donors.

Selected Features

Among the features are:

  • Registration form that is easy to configure for each individual event.
  • Efficient administration of registration statuses, e.g. confirmed registrations and reserve lists.
  • Automated communication with participants, both via post and email.

Integration

Our solution for Events is often integrated with our other solutions. E.g.:
