International Office

Universities act in an international environment. The Bologna process means that more people will be studying abroad. It is important for universities to attract international students.

Former exchange students are potentially good ambassadors. Many universities organize alumni events abroad – inviting both expatriates as well as former exchange students.

International students are also important for rankings – many studies put a positive value on a high degree of internationalization.

Our Solution

The international office often plays an important part of the alumni program - to reach out to former exchange students and to expatriates.

A bilingual alumni solution makes it possible for non-native speakers to take part in the alumni program. Some events and offers are targeted exclusively to international alumni.

Integration

Our solution is often closely integrated with Alumni relations and Student Recruitment. Fundraising is often also closely connected to an increased focus on international competitivness.
