Commissioned Education / Executive Education

Commissioned education is a term which describes specific programs sold by Nordic universities to employers. Business schools often use the term executive education. The commissioned education is usually tailor-made based on the needs of an individual employer, but can also be open-enrollment programs (e.g. Executive MBA).

Commissioned education/executive education can be both a source of income and a way to form valuable ties to the business sector.

Our Solution

Mira Network offers a web-based solution to manage commissioned education (both open-enrollment programs and tailor-made programs).

Our solution provides support throughout the whole life cycle:
  • Plan program
  • Sell places (for open-enrollment programs)
  • Realizing the program
  • After the program: work with former participants as good ambassadors

One module of the system is an integrated course portal that the participants use during the program. The course portal is used for distributing course material, schedules etc, but also to interact with other participants between seminars.

Selected Features

  • Program administration – managing participants, billing, etc
  • Sales support system for filling open-enrollment courses
  • Integration with public website where prospects can order brochures or sign up for information meetings
  • Course portal for interaction with participants (separate module)

Integration

Our solution for Commissioned Education / Executive Education is often integrated with our solution for Alumni relations – in particular for longer open enrollment programs such as Executive MBA. Our solution is also often integrated with Student Recruitment to attract new participants, or to Event Management to efficiently manage information meetings or seminars.
